Christian Del Collo, Founder, age-23 recent  SJU grad

A champion sailor, former collegiate rower, Christian developed RBR to support his endless desire for fun and power on the waters along the Jersey shore.  An accomplished boater, Christian hopes to satisfy his customers with a superior product.

Joseph Letizia, Chief Engineer, R&D, Web Development

A scientist by training, and a former SJU heavy weight rower,  this new addition to our team completes the RBR organization.  His new ideas and research keep RoseBudRacing on the cutting edge of materials and performance.  In his spare time Joe likes to run his Formula race boat offshore.
